We'd like the ability for an individual to be able to book multiple desks more easily, e.g. where a group of desks are required for project work.
The scenario is that a manager has eight people working on a specific project for a short period (a week or two) and they want to be able to book a group of desks so they can all sit together. As far as I can see, at the moment, the only way to do this is for the manager to make separate bookings for each individual for each day (i.e. eight separate reservations per day, 40 reservations per week, 80 reservations for two weeks).
Rather than doing something to make it easier to make lots of individual reservations another way of achieving this might be to modify the functionality so that Office Hotels can be grouped in some way (the groupings would need to be user definable rather than pre-configured). This would allow a user to book a group of Office Hotels. So it still works as a single Reservation made by the manager, but the reservation references all the Office Hotels specified by the manager as belonging to the group.
