Automate Publishing of Image Services from Tile Cache on S3

Hello All,

We migrated our image services from on-prem to cloud (Azure) and now the tile caches are in an S3 account.  I would like to know if there is a way to automate the publishing of these tile caches using ArcGIS API fo python or python geoprocessing tools/models etc.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
