Some of my elevation services have an odd extent when viewed in Open Data:
Here is an example of an image service that is showing up properly in ArcGIS Online: https://soa-dnr.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?useExisting=1&layers=66f9aa1d426c4452bfac387...
However, when viewed on these open data sites its zoomed in North of Mongolia???

Anyone have any advice for me?
