After uploading an item and going to the detail page (where you can edit the thumbnail, summary and description) there is the "Terms of Use" section. A long time ago I found that you could just input the abbreviation for the license "PDDL" and when you visited the item on the Open Data / Hub page the PDDL would be a link to the terms of the license on the https://www.opendatacommons.org/ website.
At some point, the Open Data Commons website updated their site structure and the ArcGIS Hub link no longer works.

That link is automatically created just by typing in PDDL. Hopefully the right person will see this and update the backend to point to the correct page.
