In the latest update to Hyb Premium an new drop down menu has appeared letting community members create items such as events, discussion boards, projects etc. I do not want my uses doing this, and swithcing off global navigation is the only way to remove this option, which is required for users to manage invites. Can this become an option that can be switched off
Hi @PaulBiggWither - if you'd like to prevent community users from creating content, the best method is to remove this privilege from their role in the community organization. You can do this within the community organization's "Member roles" settings page.
You are welcome to submit an enhancement request via Esri Support Services for additional configuration control around your site's navigation as well.
