How to add accordian feature FAQ page to existing initiative

The most recent What's New in ArcGIS Hub blog post described adding an FAQ page with a new page template that put the frequently asked questions and answers in an accordian style grouping. How can I add this FAQ format to an existing initiative?

A few months ago we added a "Text snippet" for adding accordions. When you add the Text card, click the "+" button in the text card toolbar and then choose accordion.
