Details page not appearing correctly on opendata.arcgis.com (blank screen)

Hi everybody,

the details page of all items from opendata.arcgis.com is not appearing correctly on my workstations. (tested on serveral workstations)

For example:

1) Search for an item. like "school" http://opendata.arcgis.com/datasets?q=school

2) After clicking on the item (it doesn't matter which item, it happens on all items) a blank screen appears on the details page: http://opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/100e4eb9c11e4d3c9d07a40da8d13ab1_0

Sometimes I just get the map of the data instead of the blank screen, but still don't get to the full item page with all the functionalities:

Can you reproduce this problem? Is this just temporary?

It was tested with Chrome, Edge, and IE.

Any feedback is appreciated.

This should be fixed now -- try clearing your cache and let me know if you observe any issues.

Hi Courtney,

My colleague also experiences this problem, while I don't have any problems on the same open data site.

Do you know what causes this? And do you have the bug number of this issue?

Hi Ellen, 

It is an issue with translations - the English site is working fine, but certain other languages are not. We have a fix and will be updating it today. We do not have a bug number. 

Are you and your colleague looking at the site in the same language? What language is it? Also, what browsers are you using?
