Change the name of shapefile downloaded from Open Data

Is there any way to change the name of the downloaded shapefile (feature layer pulling from ArcGIS server) in Open Data?      It currently downloads giving the shapefile the long, funky name of the original map service, and only gives the Zip file the name I want.

I found that it gives the download file the same name as the layer name inside the mxd you publish.  So if you change your layer names, it should change the download names.
