Application widget not following wide layout

I have a row with an application widget in it (linked to an Experience Builder). The row layout is set to wide, but there is still padding to the left and right of the application.

Is there a way to change some setting so the application extends across the whole screen?

I've given this a quick test and it seems to be working as expected for me to use the wide setting. Do you get the same experience with any apps you use?

Could you send a screenshot through of your settings and the layout?
