API Error on open data downloads

We are experiencing an API error upon open data download from ArcGIS HUB https://fauquier-county-gis-fauquiergis.hub.arcgis.com/ .

This was working well previously and seems to be a new issue. I searched and see that this was an issue back in 2021 and was solved and I have tried changing the local projection setting that fixed it at that time.

Accessing the data from the gallery card works fine and the data appears to be available, but the download option throws an API error in all formats.

Had the same problem here... Worked for 15 minutes then all of the sudden API errors. Come to find out I changed the owner to a different user. It didn't like that, changed it back and it is working again.
