I'm setting up the open data site layout in the Site Editor. And, the background image is not displaying. I'm wondering if there are recommended pixel sizes, or if the image cannot be posted to sites such as Flickr? I've tried urls for several different images my agency has, and none of them are working. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
