I would like to be able to use the gallery cards to dynamically pull resources (applications, document links, etc) from our content and show the about item page vs the explore page. It seems you can either show the explore item view and them more info about page if the enable applications/links button is set to show under the header. This never exposes to the user the actual url of the resource and forces it to always be in the hub site which in some cases is not ideal.
Is there a way to decouple the explore and about behavior so that you can send the user to the about page and then on the about item page have the view application/document button go to the external resource url vs the hub based url?
I feel like I am chasing my tail.
