You can define the content dynamically in the layout gallery in ArcGIS Hub using tags.
When entering tags, global tags that are not used in your own organisation are also suggested.
The attachment contains two examples of tags in the Gallery layout that are not used in my own organisation.
A setting to restrict the selection of tags only to those tags that are defined in your own organisation would be great.
So that you can only select from your own tags.
