Do not combine an item's summary and description in the Hub about page

When you click on an item in a Hub content library>View Full Details to get to the about page for an item, the summary and description text are combined. This sometimes makes the text awkward and redundant because these text weren't meant to be concatenated like this. Separate the Summary text from the Description text similar to how it is handled in the AGOL item details page.
