Currently, it is not possible for the "Filtered Dataset" section to be removed from the Downloads dropdown menu once the map extent has been changed. For the user to return to the default extent without the "Filtered Dataset" section, they must open a new browser tab. By adding a "clear spatial filter" button, users would be able to download a clear dataset without closing their browser.
