When adding an existing page to a hub site, there is no filtering available to see content you own or content your organization owns. A unique page name is difficult when searching all content in ESRI. In the video below, I wanted to add an additional FAQ page from another site my organization owns. You can see that when I click add an existing page using the "Add page" button, all content from ESRI appears. there are too many tags to search through, no option to filter by Type, and categories are also not useful to find my FAQ hub page. There is also no option to filter to my organization or to my own content, making finding an existing page nearly impossible.

It is a necessity to be able to filter down by owner (content I own, content owned by organization, or all content) to make this interface usable. It would also be greatly beneficial to be able to filter by Type.

Found your post because I'm having the same problem - I am having a very difficult time finding my own pages.  Even ones that I've published to public sharing are not showing up (while some that should not be public are showing up).
