Add OGC Services to ArcGIS Online Items in ArcGIS Hub

When working with an open data site I noticed that content shared from ArcGIS Enterprise with published OGC services neatly appears in the API dropdown window, while content shared from ArcGIS Online does not have this option and WFS services need to be shared separately (though do appear as related content).
It makes sense if this could be made consistent for both platforms and all the API options were grouped together.
