i don't have create newprojects as an option in geoplanner

when I open and login into Geoplanner I only have the option to enter existing projects, I do not have the option to create new projects. Can anyone explain why that is?

Hi Justin,

Do you have publish permissions for your organization? Only publisher and administrators will be able to create a new project. If you do have publish permissions, I can try to help you debug the issue.

I am having the same problem as Justin. I have a  ArcGIS Professional Advanced user permission. That includes publishing permissions right.
