GeoPlanner Tutorial fails on simple buffering operation.

I am licensed for GeoPlanner. I opened it and was working through the tutorial.  Navigating and adding data went fine.  But, the first time I tried spatial analysis (the simple buffering operation in the tutorial) it failed with the message “your analysis failed”. The odd thing is – I can’t even get to the point of starting the operation.  As soon as I select the feature layer to buffer I get the message.  Thanks, LB

Hi Lauretta, sorry to hear that you're running into this issue. Would you be able to provide a list of steps to reproduce the issue? I was able to successfully run the Create Buffers tool on the Local Streams, Local Highways, and Potential Redevelopment Sites layers. Any additional info you can provide would be a huge help!

Can you also try clearing your browser cache and try running the analysis again?
