Can we use GeoEvent Server to automate notifications when an address point is added/changed, an annexation changes the city limits, streets are added/changed, parcels are added/changed in our on premise geodatabase feature classes, by having GeoEvent server automatically send an e-mail about the changes to an exchange distribution list?
A quick overview of the documentation listed some options but, can you please verify that it is doable with editor tracking enabled, ArcGIS Enterprise and (GeoEvent Server that we would be adding to our on premise setup)?
