I keep getting errors on GeoEvent Server about: Second attempt failed. Giving up. (xxxx/arcgis/help/en/geoevent --- No buffer space available (maximum connections reached?): connect). Is there away around this as ArcGIS Server just keeps crashing and becomes unavailable until I restart GeoEvent Server?

We are getting the error No buffer space available (maximum connections reached?): connect, with ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server. Do you have any luck in resolving it? Would you mind to share your solution. Thanks.
