Hello,
We want to check the possibilities of GeoBIM. Unfortunately, I can't select the data in links and no map is shown. Can someone help @AnthonyRenteria ?
Thank you very much!!

Hi @3DMS ,
somehow the default basemap in your ArcGIS Online subscription wasn't shared properly with your account. So it was causing the issue with the map in links. Once your administrator changed the default basemap with a content that is shared with everyone in your ArcGIS Online subscription, you were able to work with GeoBIM as expected.
From the GeoBIM-side though, we should be able to inform our users with a clear error message for such cases. We're already working on it. Thanks for the heads up!
Hi 3DMS. Please provide a few additional details, either using a brief video, or with screen shots of the steps to get to this point. There are a few necessary steps to use this page:
When navigating to the Links tab, you should see this page initially, which is what you have:
If you are not already authenticated with Autodesk, you should see a page like this:
After successfully authenticating, you would be presented with a list of maps you are authorized to access:
If you do not choose a map, your organization's basemap should appear.
Thanks @StephenBrockwell!
@3DMS Please let us know about the above info on the Autodesk authentication is working, or if there may be more to discuss with us on your ArcGIS user account setup as well.
@Anonymous UserThe authorizing with Autodesk works very well. But I still have the problem with the links. I am not able to see the map in links or select date!StephenBrockwell
