GeoBIM Issues

Can you elaborate on what type of issue report you are looking for here? Are you wanting a PDF export from the issues information displayed in the ArcGIS GeoBIM dashboard charts? Or were you looking for something else? One thing to consider is that within the Autodesk cloud system you can export reports from your tracked Issues that is being displayed geographically within ArcGIS GeoBIM.
Regarding your question about adding other attachments into Issues, currently when you create an issue you can select a relevant document polygon that was georeferenced in that area of your project. Since you would like to add additional attachments for documentation, can you elaborate on what type of files you would like to add? Are they models, PDFs, Word, PPT, etc? Also, would these files you would like to add be located in the Autodesk document management system, or are they new files you would add from your local drive? Please let us know since we would need to understand the overall workflow you are trying to achieve here with the issues.
