SaveUserIDinFeatureExtension_10.0 does not work

Hello

I am wondering if anyone out there has had any luck getting the SaveUserIDinFeature (.NET code sample created by the ArcGIS Mobile development team) to work.

I followed the directions highlighted in the readme.txt but the userid does not get auto-populated.
