how to create editable layer for Windows Mobile

Hi,
I don't have ArcGIS server or ArcSDE. Can I create editable layer for MapCache without these two things?
if yes, describe how I can do that.

Hi Ketan,

Please review ArcGIS for Windows Mobile topics on ArcGIS Resources site, http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/windows-mobile/app/index.html#/Desktop_and_Server_workflows_for_.... I think the Desktop workflow section confirms that operational map data from a file geodatabase or an ArcSDE database is editable as long as it has a GlobalID.
