Hi,
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience in locating the ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 3.0 documentation. There was an issue with the links on the Resource Center last week, which meant that some documents were still pointing to the Beta site. This has since been corrected. The links for the Applications: http://links.esri.com/en/offcyclestartpg_winmob and for the SDK/App framework: http://links.esri.com/en/offcyclestartpg_winmobsdk.
We are continually working on updates to these documents. As for the ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 3.0 samples, we are working on getting them out on the web. However, there are a few that have been put up. Please check this Mobile Blog article on one of the samples which can be found here: http://blogs.esri.com/esri/arcgis/2012/06/22/mapping-underground-assets-using-arcgis-for-windows-mob.... Also, we have an Inspection sample which can be found here:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I'm in the same boat here.
I'm trying to upgrade a custom extension to v3.0 but my extension is not showing up in the capabilities section in mobile project center. The project is compiling fine and I'm deploying the .dll to <ArcGIS install-directory>\Mobile3.0\bin\extensions folder. All the samples/documentation online are written for v10.0 so I'm wondering if the deployment strategies have changed in v3.0
