ArcGIS Mobile on Trimble GPS error using GoDaddy SSL

Setup: ArcGIS Server 10.3 publishing a secrure service using a GoDaddy.com SSL certificate.  Service is incorporated in ArcGIS Mobile  project and consumed on Timble Juno SB.  All services are accessible on desktop, the REST endpoint, ArcGIS and even in the setup for the ArcGIS Mobile.  THE PROBLEM: the rest endpoint on the Trimble wont's let me log in and gives me the following error (see image).  The Mobile project won't sync with the server.  I reset the SSL twice with GoDaddy.  I tried exporting and installing the certificate on the GPS, Nothing changed.  I did a factory rest on the GPS, no change.  ANY THOUGHTS TIPS OR I CAN FIX IT are appreciated.
