Hi,

I am having a problem with the Mobile Project Center.  Previously (a couple months back) I could add a Free Basemap Layer from ArcGIS Online when I created a project.

Now when I go into add a Basemap Layer and select ArcGIS Online there is nothing listed under Free Maps.  It is just empty.  See the attached screen shot.

Has something changed that I am not aware of?

Thanks for your help.

Mike

Hi Denise,

Thanks for your reply.  The problem is solved.

I provided my Esri Global Account in the ArcGIS.com settings in the Mobile Project Center and I can now access the Free Basemaps.

Thanks again,
Mike

Hi Mike,

Are you still experiencing this issue? I have no problem accessing the various map services in Add Map Layers > ArcGIS Online > Free Maps option. Have you checked the Settings for ArcGIS.com? What ArcGIS Mobile Build is installed (Quick Action > About)?

If you are still unable to see the Free Maps under ArcGIS Online, please contact Esri Support and log support interaction so you can work with Mobile specialist to resolve this issue.

Thanks,
Denise
