Some people see a blank space in ArcGIS for Teams instead of content coming from our ArcGIS Enterprise portal. It doesn't happen for other users. The user can login to ArcGIS Enterprise, but the content shared by another user (open to all org users) doesn't show up.
Has anyone seen this issue?
