OpenStreetMap basemap disappeared

We still use the default configuration for basemaps that includes OpenStreetMap.  The Map Service URL is listed in our basemap configuration file as

https://OpenStreetMap.org

The OSM basemap stopped working in our ArcGIS/SP maps this week.  Not because of any config change we made, far as we can tell.

Anyone know why this may have happened?
