I am using ArcGIS for SharePoint and created my first web part. I noticed that my layout does not look quite right. Many of the buttons are blank squares and I don't seem to have the newer capabilities I have read about (like 'Add Document Urls'). Does anyone have insight into this? Is it because of my organization's version?

From what I can see from the screenshots, I believe you have a very old version of the app which we currently do not support. But let me share some links that can help you install the latest version of the app.
Please request your organization's Microsoft 365 administrator to remove the current version of the app from the SharePoint global tenant app catalog. After the existing app is removed, please install the latest version of the app from Microsoft app store:
