Hello,
I have come over many issues when trying to install Esri Maps for Sharepoint 2013 v 4.1
After suffering getting the app configuration options to show up, now I found that the built-in tools (add data, configuration, etc) are not shown in the web part. I have checked the debugger (F12) and I saw that the tools_collections.json and behaviors.json are not found(404 error). These files are in the server, but looks like the web part is searching them in another place (URL: http://mysiteaddress/Esri%20Maps%20Configuration%20Files/behaviors.json.txt?f=json )
The installation finished with no issues, so I dont know what is going on.
