ESRI maps for Office-inserting lat and long back in Excel

I have just used ESRI Maps for Office for the first time.  My Excel table had 60+ addresses, and once the map was created, I wanted to be to insert the newly created lats and longs into 2 columns in the spreadsheet.  I cannot figure out how to do that.

You can save the lat/longs by right clicking on the "Excel Layer" on the right-hand side (Esri Maps bar) and selecting "Export to CSV." This will save a CSV file with the Lat/Longs.
