Can we use ESRI Maps web part for SharePoint  without ArcGIS Online subscription or Portal for ArcGIS ?

Greetings. To license and use Esri Maps for SharePoint, you will need to be a 'named user' of an ArcGIS Online Organizational Plan or Portal for ArcGIS.  Please contact your Esri sales rep or account manager if you have any questions regarding pricing/licensing.
