Hi SharePoint Users! We have some updates and bug fixes in the latest release of ArcGIS for SharePoint for November 2023.
Make sure you have the latest version of ArcGIS for SharePoint installed from the Microsoft App Source
Let us know of any improvements and limitations you may have while using ArcGIS for SharePoint.
Geocode:
We now support address geocoding in both SharePoint doc libraries and SharePoint lists on data that contains addresses. This new feature makes a more streamlined workflow for mapping your data. You must sign into ArcGIS Online or Enterprise to geocode addresses.

Support for Hub sites:
Users of ArcGIS for SharePoint can now work with content stored in hub sites in addition to subsites. Microsoft supports both hub sites and sub sites in SharePoint.

Bug Fixes
- The value of coordinates is displayed correctly in pop-up dialog when location coordinates are used as title field.
- Unsaved changes toast messages display correctly in localized languages.
Quality of life updates
- Hyperlinks, images, and SharePoint attachments attributes and some of SharePoint system fields are now available in pop-ups.

- SharePoint lists or Document library(s), with lookup columns containing latitude and longitude, are now supported.

- System generated columns can be added to pop-ups in ArcGIS for SharePoint

- “List map” is now called “Edit locations” and is enabled for Document libraries in SharePoint page.
- “Document set” is shown as a file type in the Geosearch filter “Advanced options”.
