Power BI Doesn't Recognize Feature Layer Schema Change

I added a field ("Project Code") via ArcGIS Online to a feature layer loaded in Power BI, and Power BI doesn't recognize the schema change (it doesn't show in the pop-up when I click a feature). I don't see any Refresh option to re-load the layer in Power BI. I tried removing and re-adding the layer, removing and re-adding the entire ArcGIS widget, turning on auto-refresh, and clearing the Power BI cache. Nothing has helped. The connector doesn't receive the schema change.

Interestingly, I can see the new field when I go into the layer to create a Join. And the join succeeds. However, none of the filters based on that join affect the map.
