New Esri map doesn't work well with Power BI

I found out that after new changes to Esri Map for Power BI causes some issues. 

For example;

1. It doesn't show any tooltips information for most of the location on the map that Postal Code, Latitude & Longitude. Some did show but most don't, why?

2. When I jump to a page that contains Esri Map, it doesn't show the true picture of all the locations data stated in the Location, Latitude & Longitude respective wells 

All the above issues didn't occur in the previous Esri Map. Could you revert to the older version? TIA

Could you please screen shots for issue #1 so we can understand better what your Map visual looks like? 

Could you please clarify what you mean by "true picture"? Are you saying that not all the data is show on the Map? Could you check you don't have any filter applied (page level or visual level)?
