ArcGIS Maps for Power BI: Fill transparency not able to be adjusted when classify data option is turned off

When editing Symbol Style in the ArcGIS Maps for Power BI visual, if the Classify Data is turned off, changing the Fill transparency does not get applied to the polygon layer and remains stuck at 0% transparency. Is this the expected behavior or a potential bug?
