I have been using ArcGIS on a report with no problems for about 6 months and when I go to view the map today I get the message "Access to this content requires permission. Sign in below, or contact the content's owner for access." I have tried clearing the cache and restarting with no success. If I create a new tab and make a map, it allows me to sign in as a guest, but when I switch to a new tab and then go back, it requires signing in again. Any help is appreciated.

This is a nagging problem with the ArcGIS visual.  Surprised it worked as long as it did without this issue occurring.  Please preserve the login credentials with the visual when it is created.

Thanks for the reply. I found a workaround using a bookmark I happened to have that had a functioning Arc map (no idea why one worked while the other didn’t). I copied the working map and re-created the broken one. This doesn’t fully resolve the underlying issue, but at least it gets me going for now
