The custom settings of symbol style and popup in ACOL webmap inconsistent with rendered Reference Layer in ArcGIS for PowerBI.
Better have mouseover action, not just click, to show the popup in both ACOL webmap and Reference layer in PowerBI, because points layer made by ArcGIS for PowerBI show tooltips/popup by mouseover.
