Allow ArcGIS Maps for Power BI to work offline with ArcGIS Enterprise

Many companies invest a lot of resources in the implementation of ArcGIS Enterprise. As not always is practical/feasible exposing the ArcGIS Enterprise deployment to the Internet, GIS users get trapped in the impossibility of using ArcGIS Enterprise resources in different ESRI applications. One of those examples is ArcGIS Maps for Power BI. It would be great to be able to use the capabilities of ArcGIS Maps for Power BI within an offline environment and consume the ArcGIS Enterprise resources within Power BI.

• Actually we are facing the same issue , we can't use the Arcgis Module for Power BI in Offline environment , we hope to get  Any positive response from Esri about this topic

I'm also dealing with this same situation where I cannot access the ESRI extension as our firewall won't allow external access. It would be great if it could be accessed in a type of off-line mode.
