I have a power automate flow that is triggered by the ArcGIS "When a record is updated in a feature layer". My flow is pretty simple and just sends an email to the appropriate group based on an attribute value. When things are working normally I get the email notification about 2 minutes or less after the feature has been edited, as evidenced by the editor tracking info on the record. However, sometimes I will receive a batch of emails (up to 12 so far) all at once, but many hours, or even the next day, after the records have been edited. For example, a user edited 5 records this morning and I still have not received any emails and there are no runs in the flow run history from today. I have a second webhook set up on webhook.site, and it has not logged any events either. I tried to report this as a bug but my hosted feature layer and related items (Experience Builders and Survey123 surveys) was too complicated for the support tech to reproduce. Has anyone else noticed this behavior? Is there any way to get the trigger to fire when expected?

Enabling the "Keep track of changes to the data (add, update, delete features)." setting on my hosted feature layer seems to have resolved this issue.
