I will be receiving an excel spreadsheet with data points that have lots of associated information for each point. I will be getting this spreadsheet from an external source monthly/ biweekly. The points will mostly be the same but values in the fields will change with each update
I would like advice on an automated workflow to get this information into our organisations enterprise geodatabase for use in dashboards and web applications. My SQL server (SSMS)and programming skills is very limited but I am willing to try either approach as a steep learning curve to learn and improve my skills for this use case so that I am better prepared next time I encounter a task like this. My first thoughts are to try to do this in SSMS.I would really appreciate some guidance from any of you experts in this forum. How do you usually manage updates like this?

This can all be accomplished in ArcGIS Pro. You can create a model that has the following tools:
