One of our AutoCAD users is experiencing technical difficulty installing the ArcGIS for AutoCAD Plugin 400x. We have tried tried multiple versions of the installation (370, 400, 400.2). Our IT service department has compared multiple AutoCAD users and the installation of AutoCAD are identical. but for this one user the plugin will not load and crashes AutoCAD at startup of the program (Pictured Attached- Initializing Portal). After looking at the Reliability Manager it is saying the plugin has unsuccessfully installed (Picture Attached - Unsuccessful Install). Please advise.
