User can only see one of the five related tables in Field Maps app

I have an ArcGIS Online hosted feature layer configured for editing through Field Maps. Users create new records on the related tables as inspections in the field. 

One user can view and create all of the related table types. Another user can only view and create the first table "Bench Test". Both users are referencing the same map shared to the same group. 

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

Hi @mike_geo - can you verify that the user has "Show Related Types" enabled under the Profile -> Collection Settings -> Related Types?
