Hello. As someone who is creating maps for offline use for my colleagues, today I had a question popping out in my mind. Is there a possibility to manage the offline map areas from someone else device?
From my investigation, this is not currently possible. Does anyone else have some documentation?

Also, is there a way to "force" my colleagues to download a new offline area after I've made some changes to the map?

Big thanks in advance for any tips/answers.

Hi Marius,

As a map author, you can define offline map areas ahead of time for your users.
To do so, navigate to AGOL > select the Web Map > Settings > Offline Map Areas > Manage Offline Areas.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Debert
I know that, but I don't think you can apply this to my initial idea. What I want it's a way to "force" my colleagues to redownload their offline areas after every update, something like in Survey123 where you have the option to "Use the latest version"
