New task function on FieldMaps

We are really looking forward to the new task function in FieldMaps.

Could you please advise if the following functions are being considered and will be available?

1. A notification function on mobile devices where users receive notifications/alerts when they are assigned new tasks?

2. We would like to see improved data synchronisation for task data. A more stable sync and customizable sync frequency would be great, as we experience many data sync issues with Workforce.

And let us use any fields names we want.  Forcing us to a custom Esri schema will greatly reduce adoption.  That is why we never used workforce my last few companies.
