Getting "The sideloaded map was not found on your device. The basemap will need to be downloaded" error

Hi,

To decrease the time of downloading offline maps, I've asked people to use sideloaded basemaps. The process works for some people, but a few others get the following error:

"the sideloaded map was not found on your device. the basemap will need to be downloaded"

In checking the directory of the downloaded basemaps and permissions, I don't see any difference between the two groups. 

We are using IOS devices.

I don't know how I can fix this issue.

@MaryamPanji  are you declaring the name of the tpk / tpkx in each web map?

Yes, I did. Only a few people have this issue and others are ok. We used the instruction below:

Hi @MaryamPanji , have you tested with the latest Field Maps release, 22.3.1? We made some changes in this area that should alleviate issues others were seeing setting the referenced basemap.

Hi Colin,

No we are using 21.3.1 version. I will test with 22.3.1 and see how it goes.
