FM - Sync error - Extension notf ound

HI Commuinity,

We are using FM to make some inspections. Data is stored on SDE enterprise DB with all the capabilities. 

When working offline, we can set our map, make any modifications, edit and delete data. When syncing, an error pop out....

Any idea to fix this without loosing all? Crew is out and i'm trying to solve this as quick I can...
