I've an ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and Pro 3.3 and we're currently implementing Esri UN for drinkwater. It's not done yet, but I already did some preliminary investigation of the possebilities of taking the network offline on a mobile device.
I enabled replica tracking on the geodatabase and enabled sync on my main UN service. I created a offline enabled basemap on my portal with credentials stored. Then I created the webmap with my offline basemap and just the UN service, I didn't configure any symbology. The webmap was created in Pro 3.3 and published to the portal.
Then I configured the Field maps configuration on my Portal and defined two offline areas.
But it doesn't work on Field maps 25.1.0 on iOS 18.5 on my iPhone 13 mini, iPad Air 2019. Also tried one of these fancy folding Android phone's (which work great with Field maps) with 25.1.0 and all devices give me the same error:
07-07-2025, 08:06:43 [SYNC] [7716104910bc497f860da8055e30367e] - Layer: (Water element) Error: Error Domain=com.esri.arcgis.runtime.error Code=3052 "Geodatabase internal error." UserInfo={NSLocalizedFailureReason=Required client version (13.2) is higher than ArcGIS Runtime supports (13.0), NSLocalizedDescription=Geodatabase internal error., Additional Message=Required client version (13.2) is higher than ArcGIS Runtime supports (13.0)}
And it will not show any of my layers that are participating in the UN.
I've already found these post, which seem to be related:
Solved: Sync error: "Required client version (13.2) is hig... - Esri Community
Solved: Unable to Open Mobile Map Package MMPK in Field Ma... - Esri Community
But I'm already another version ahead of the Field Maps 24.3.0 Build 1133 which is mentioned, so that would mean the issue should already be resolved?
I downloaded version 25.2.0 on Testflight and there it works fine.
Any ideas what's going wrong here and how I can demo this functionality to my end users devices without having them to run Testflight with the beta version of Field maps?

Hopefully the new update for Field maps will arrive soon, because the beta version seems to work fine.
@JoëlHempenius3 Hello, thanks for sharing the information above.
Can you please identify and share the utility network version being used here? This information can be found by doing the following:

I'm getting the same error on a basic line feature class (not a utility network), published in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2 to ArcGIS Online. The feature class has 3 text fields. The objectid is 32bit. I've re-exported to different gdbs and been fiddling with the offline areas but am repeatedly getting this error.
